This project is a series of vases inspired by industrial plugs. The rigid rubbers are set into glass cylinders most commonly found and manufactured for glass blowers. The air tight rubber plugs keep water from leaking out and are meant to illustrate the aesthetic value for industrialized products. The vases exemplify a utilitarian product that becomes a celebration of the aesthetics of function.
